Can we continue our trip in case there is extreme weather conditions?

A.

In event of the Tropical Cyclone Warning Sign No. 8 or above, or BLACK signal of Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory, Jubilee suggest you to take personal safety as the primary consideration. If customer determined to continue the trip, all car rental services of Jubilee have been covered by insurance already, the coverage is including the journey during extreme weather conditions. In case customer choose to cancel or reschedule the trip, you may contact with our 24-hour vehicle control room (Tel: 3555 5622) for the arrangement.

Can I cross the border without getting off the car?

A.

If customer choose Huanggong Port, door-to-door cross-boundary arrangement limits to 4 or less passengers; while Shenzhen Bay Port allows 7-searter limousine providing door-to-door cross-boundary arrangement. For coach passengers, it is required to get off and get on at designated area for Boundary Crossing procedures. Please note that the above arrangement may vary according to the officers' instruction at the border.

What should I do if I want to visit those restricted area with Jubilee’s ride?

You should apply for permission documents from respective department in advance of your trip. Jubilee will cooperate with your application.

*The above application time is the least required time. While the permission quota is limited, some of them are arranged in first-come-first-served basis, Jubilee advise you to apply it as soon as your route is fixed.

What do I need to pay attention when ordering airport transfer service?

A.

Depart from Hong Kong:
To arrange for departure transfer, customer is requested to pay attention to the flight departure time. Normally, airlines would request passenger to reach airport 2 hours before departure time, in order to have sufficient time for checking-in, passport control and security check. Therefore, customer is advised to count the service time (including the ride to the airport) carefully while making airport transfer order to avoid unnecessary delay to your flight.
Arrival at Hong Kong
For picking up arrival customer, please provide the flight number of your arrival flight, so that you can get on our comfortable vehicle right after claiming your baggage. Customer may also order for meet-at-gate service, our chauffeur will greet you just outside the arrival hall.
Limousine Boarding Location: Limousine Lounge (Next to Arrival Hall B), Terminal 1
Coach Boarding Location: Coach Station, Terminal 2

How many piece of luggage I can bring along with me?

A.

For coach equipped with luggage compartment, it can carry about 40 pieces of luggage. Please let our staff know if compartment is required.
For minibus, the first two rows of seats needs to be occupied so as to carry around 10 pieces of luggage.
For Limousine, 4-seater can accomodate 2 pieces, while 7-seater can take up 3 pieces.
Please be informed that the above figures are for reference only. The situation varies with the size of luggage you are carrying.
